The reality of Franchising is this: There are lots of brands that will allow you to believe (and encourage the belief) that their logo will insure your success. But an analytical moment will tell you that a nice logo, even a well-known logo, unless it is accompanied by specific business systems and knowledgeable support might only be a one-dimensional feature on which to hang your large investment. Weak? You decide. If success was this easy, everybody would be doing it.

Restoration is a very specific industry. A logo and some initial training will not develop you as an executive here. Executive depth and excellent relationship skills WILL be required as you grow and IF YOU EXPECT to be a leader in your town. These skills are S.T.O.P.’s specialty.
