Let’s agree on one thing: You don’t need a franchisor to take ALL YOUR MONEY. So our Initial Fee is competitive. Our initial investment is smart and strategic; the lowest in the restoration industry.

As you grow, you STILL won’t need a franchisor to take all your money. So S.T.O.P has the lowest royalty available (WITH NO 2% ADVERTISING FEE – nor ANY other hidden charges). You will write one check to STOP each month and you won’t need an accountant to calculate the number.

You don’t need a garage full of drying and repair equipment on day one…so we want you to keep most of that money for now. And when you need more equipment, you can buy it locally or from us. We’ll help you with the purchase decisions and details either way. STOP is not a supply company disguised as a franchisor.

You’ll need space to launch your new company. So S.T.O.P. gives you a huge territory, actually protected. Your big territory might not be super important in the beginning, but looking forward, you’ll need room to flex your entrepreneurial muscles as you achieve growth in your company. Otherwise, your talents will be too confined and this cannot translate to growth. S.T.O.P. territories are three to five times bigger than other restoration franchise brands.

From large territories to our low royalty structure, you’ll get the MOST on the benefit list without the drain of a greedy franchisor on the restrictions list.
