    Brian Clark
    Brian has been with STOP since 1990. After self-employment through college as a janitor and auto detailer, his degree in marketing landed him at STOP to help bring his Father’s experience and systems to more people via the franchise format. Brian and his wife Michelle have two daughters; 11 and 13. In his rare spare time, Brian’s hobbies include drumming and classic cars. Brian has also been an active member of the Early Ford V8 Club of America since 1983 and has served as a trustee for the Early Ford V-8 Foundation and Museum in Auburn, Indiana.

    Daren Clark
    Through college, Daren worked construction, janitorial, and as a technician for a 24-hour flood restoration company. He then served for 20 years with the county of San Diego, with 10 of those in management. While in San Diego, he earned his Master’s Degree in Administration and joined the STOP Team in 2012. Daren enjoys spending time with his family and nurturing his classic car hobby in California.

    Mayra Tinajero
    Mayra Tinajero was born in Jerecuaro, Guanajuato, Mexico, and grew up in small-town Jacksboro, Texas. She has been in Southern California since 2008 and comes from a legal and action sports background. Her interests include motorsports, playing with her mini Goldendoodle, Koda, exploring Temecula Wine Country, and traveling.

    Tina has an MBA with an emphasis in accounting. Tina has been with STOP since 1995. Her favorite things are playing with her dogs and two cats and watching movies.

    Scott Tarpley
    Serving as our Lead Technical Consultant, Scott offers more than 35 years of successful experience in the property restoration industry. Throughout his career, Scott has managed multiple large-loss commercial projects and is continuously involved with product demonstrations in the restoration industry. He works with educators and equipment manufacturers to develop new and better restoration processes. In addition, Scott serves on the technical advisory committee for the Development of the Commercial Drying Specialist Course for the IICRC and has also served on the Board of Directors for Mid-South Professional Cleaners Association.

    Whitley Bilek
    Whitley Bilek grew up in southern Indiana. After earning a degree in Political Science and Communication at the University of Evansville, she and her husband, Pat, found their way back to Indiana by way of a two-year stay in Pat's hometown of Omaha. Whitley loves watching sports, especially soccer (Go Everton!) and football. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

    Manish Adhiya
    Manish Adhiya has over 25 years of experience across franchising and has been a Franchisor, a Franchisee, and a Vendor. This gives him the unique perspective of knowing franchising from every angle. During his career as a franchise strategist, he helped over 40 franchise brands with start-ups and turnarounds. He has spoken for numerous franchise associations across the globe and serves as an ambassador to the International Franchise Association. Manish holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, tennis, cooking, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.

    John Kaczka
    John has been affiliated with STOP since 1987 and now serves as one of STOP's Technical Advisers. He has earned his certification as a Lead Renovator & Refresher from AMEC Foster Wheeler as well as being a former certified IICRC Carpet Inspector. He has also acquired several other certifications from IICRC such as Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Water Restorer, and Applied Structural Drying, to name a few. These accomplishments, along with his years of experience in the industry, make him a great asset to the STOP Team.
