What Training Do We Offer?

All new STOP franchisees are provided with over 20 days of Initial Training. The first session is six days and held in Southern California with STOP’s management and marketing training team. During this intensive program, you will receive everything you need to build your confidence and equip yourself with the knowledge to begin your own business.

Initial Training topics include:

  • Business Planning
  • Management Best Practices
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Estimating
  • Technical Hands-On
  • Marketing

After the Initial Training, our franchisees attend regional, industry-certified training courses, and take an online software and estimating course. Our regional training format allows you to minimize your traveling time and provides a better environment and pace for absorbing information. Classroom and hands-on training are both included in your courses.

Ongoing Training & Support

After your Initial Training is complete and you have successfully launched your STOP property damage restoration franchise, we will welcome you back regularly for more face-to-face at our “on-going training” conventions every year (where we pay for your hotel and food).

In addition to our first-year training program and annual conventions, we also offer our franchisees unlimited support via on-call consulting. We understand that many people choose franchising rather than solo business ownership because they want that dedicated support—and that’s what our on-call consulting is all about.
