Decades ago in San Diego, California business consultant Matt Clark identified that most service companies in America had two critical failures: lack of efficiency and consequently marginal customer service.
What if he could bring organization to these companies?
Could he build impressive companies to serve their communities?
He started with the belief that service companies could deliver the work they advertised: done right, the first time, with honesty and a smile.
And what if they could add excellent communication to the mix?
Then his team got really crazy. They decided that service technicians could smell good, wear clean uniforms, drive courteously, and be proud of the work they perform.
Lastly, they set their sites on those that may be having one of their worst days: the victims of residential and commercial water damage, mold, fire, and biohazard contamination.
Born was STOP Restoration. STOP Restoration.
