Lisa Smith is the Vice President of Business Development for Service Team of Professionals Western Fort Worth (STOP). In STOP, Lisa is responsible for promoting and developing relationships to drive revenue and obtain the opportunity to assess and perform restoration jobs. Prior to this role, Lisa has 25+ years of Human Resources Experience specializing in Compensation, Benefits and Compliance. Lisa was featured in HR Professionals Magazine and was a member of the National Affordable Care Act Development Team. Lisa is a creative orator, problem-solver and likes a good challenge. Lisa is married to Morris and has three adult children – Morris III, Melissa, Mia, a daughter-in-love Beverly and two granddaughters – Megumi and Miyori.

With over 7 years of expertise in the restoration industry and a passion for helping people to restore to pre-damage conditions, Carlos combines attention to detail with a deep sense of community. When not working on restoration projects, you can find him spending quality time with his wife or playing basketball with his sons at the park.
