Meet Our Team

Ben is our general manager and has been in North Carolina since 2003. He graduated from Heidelberg University in Ohio. He’s married to Jennifer and they have 3 boys. In his spare time he enjoys reading, movies, playing golf, running and spending time with his family.

Aiden attends Appalachian State University. He enjoys learning about restoration and helping those in need when not in school.  He's majoring in mathematics and business with plans to get into cyber security.

Ian is a Restoration Technician.  He started as a part time warehouse assistant and quickly moved up into a full time roll and has progressed in his training and expertise related to mitigation.  He enjoys hunting in his spare time.

Mike is a mitigation team lead originally from Ohio. He’s an Air Force Veteran who likes spending time with his girlfriend and the outdoors. He loves to learn and to teach and hopes to become an instructor for the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Jennifer is originally from Ohio but has called North Carolina home since 2003. She manages the office at Service Team and keeps the rest of us in line. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, travel and spending time with her husband and three boys.

Michelle is the friendly voice our customers get to interact with when they call for most service.  She's a native North Carolinian and spends a ton of time with her bmx racing boys when she's not at work and loves to dance.

Charles is originally from Washington D.C. but now lives in Winston-Salem with his beautiful family. He enjoys laughing as much as possible and helping others find joy and happiness in their lives. He loves helping others, making people laugh and cooking.

Brandon has several years of restoration experience and enjoys helping those in need.  Outside of work he enjoys sports, especially basketball.

Matt is originally from Florida where he was a commercial electrician and then a project manager for a flooring company.  Matt enjoys his 3 children and making people smile.

Matt is a Restoration Technician with a good bit of carpentry skill.  He's often working on the repair side of the business.

Trey is a member of our mitigation team and enjoys all things outdoors, especially kayaking, hunting, fishing and snowboarding.

Ben is a part of the mitigation team and enjoying learning all that entails.  In his spare time he enjoys disc golf and fishing.

Eric is a Restoration Technician with STOP.  He enjoys backpacking and working on cars outside of work.
