What's Going On?

One of the most common things we hear at STOP Restoration is that communication is the most important thing to our customers. If they don’t know what is going on, then we have failed at our job. Communication is the key to success in our eyes. We pride ourselves on our ability to efficiently and sufficiently communicate so that our customers are in the loop every step of the way.

We start by making sure we are in contact with our customer within minutes of receiving notification of the job. Whether it comes from a third-party network or a customer calling in themselves, we have a manager contacting that customer to schedule an appointment immediately. We do our best to arrive onsite within 2 hours for an emergency, or 24 hours for construction, unless otherwise specified by the homeowner. We communicate to our customer the step by step process of how things are going to go from the moment we are onsite through our customer satisfaction survey upon completion of the job. Our goal is to make the customer feel as comfortable with the process as possible. Communication has the power to take a stressful and often discouraging situation and make it a little more peaceful and less overwhelming.

We want to return your home to pre-loss condition or better. In order for that to be a smooth process, you have to be able to ask questions and reach your Project Manager with ease. Our project managers are dedicated to responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

At STOP Restoration we have checks and balances in place to ensure our high standard of communication is met. We use an internet based program that tracks every aspect of your job including when we communicate with you. Additionally, we will handle all necessary communication with your insurance company as well so that you can focus on getting your life back to normal.

If you find yourself in the position of needing a restoration company due to water damage, fire, or mold, be sure that you understand the process. Ask questions, and don’t settle for a company that won’t communicate with you ever step of the way. Call STOP Restoration at (503) 207-0334. We do everything we can to make sure you as the homeowner are kept up to date as your project moves forward. We are here to help you.
