I have national Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certification to handle your disaster event. I know how to dry your building out completely and efficiently and then restore it to the way it was before the disaster.
For years I worked in manufacturing environments. I started as a Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer. This position taught me how to develop and streamline processes. This work requires creating standard processes that result in the most efficient and cost effective working environment and I know I will bring this knowledge with me to every job and work-site I work. Then I moved into Design Engineering where I managed multi-million dollar new product introductions for window and door manufacturers like Anderson, Marvin, and Pella to name just a few. This job taught me how to manage projects requiring on-time and in-budget performance. I also moved into supervision on the production floor where I gained a lot of experience in working with many different personalities. It doesn’t matter what personalities are involved in the job. I’ve learned that focus on the customer and getting the job done right is the most important result for any product or service. Then I got a job as a Technical Manager where I was responsible for all of Maintenance and Engineering. Again, getting the job done quickly and efficiently so the production group can satisfy the customer was the highest priority of this position.
During this career track I was always working on improving my home and the homes of friends and family. I’ve always loved this work because it is challenging, requires creativity, and results are immediate and obvious. I love this work.
The manufacturing sector in the American market has been shrinking for years and I was laid off twice in five years. After the second lay off I decided that if I was going to get laid off again it was going to be from a company I owned and because I didn’t work hard enough. That will NEVER happen. Now I’m starting my new career in a field I love. I will work hard to make this company a success but what I’m most excited about is helping others recover from an unfortunate event in their home.
